If statement and selectedvalue

I need a if condition with a selected value in DAX.

So if the user does not selects a Region then

Contribution Margin =

VAR Mth1 =

@Anonymous , I remove all filters and added them one by one

When I add this one not getting value.  I have filer from you other ticket

Profitability_Consolidation[Year] = yr

Please check the value for this
