If and Count condition together

I have data of country and Employee id.

Country Emp_ID

India        120

Germany   80

India         125

 

I want a condition that If country is india then divide the count of india /2 else count of country .

Note :count is being done based on country colum ,so for above data count for india should be 2/2=1 and  germany 

should be 1.

Please help!

    I am not sure if I understood your question correctly, but please check the below picture and the attached pbix file whether it suits your requirement.

     

     

    Expected result measure: = 
SUMX (
    DISTINCT ( Data[Country] ),
    CALCULATE (
        IF (
            SELECTEDVALUE ( Data[Country] ) = "India",
            COUNTROWS ( Data ) / 2,
            COUNTROWS ( Data )
        )
    )
)
