    Hello,

     

    Try this

    Column =
    VAR _0 = 'Table'[ID]
    VAR _1 = CALCULATE(MIN('Table'[Record Date]), FILTER('Table',('Table'[ID] = _0)))
    RETURN
    IF(
        'Table'[Record Date] = _1,
        "Y",
        "N"
    )
