Identify all visualizations using a dataset

Based on the information you have provided, I can see that you want a tool that removes redundant data and reorganizes it for a clearer visualization. I think you can use yEd Graph Editor to process the data and then get the dependency graph in yED.
1. Exporting data from Desktop.
2. Open the exported file from Desktop in yED.
3. You can do relational mapping and remove data you don't need in yED.
