Icon conditional formatting not working

Hi all,

I have a problem with two columns in my report.
They have both worked earlier as expected, but for some reason while editing another part of my report they have stopped working and are not showing anymore.
My contional formatting is setup as 'numbers' and looks like this:

The only value showing correctly with an icon in my report is '0%'. The rest are showing no icon.

I have played around with the Data Type both in the Power Editor and in the report and have tried both setting it as Fixed Decimal, Decimal and Percentage directly in the Editor. Nothing have helped so far.

Any ideas to solve this?

@nbrandborg , is GPI Availability is a column. You are using sum in the conditional formatting. Is should be average?

Best way is to use a measure there
