ISFILTERED function as Month

Hi, 

I would like to ask for your help in converting my MM/DD/YYYY to Month alone. I have a month filter in my report, if a specific month is filtered, it will show as a label. I have used a ISFILTERED function, it's working. However, instead of Month alone it is showing as MM/DD/YYYY

Example: 

Filter: 

Month: February 2020

Is Filtered Label: 02/29/2020 

TO 

(expectation)

Filter: 

Month: February 2020

Is Filtered Label: February 2020
