IF in Measure Why Total not sum

Please try this approach, referencing your existing measure in a new measure to use in its place.  Replace Table[Customer] with the customer column used in your visual.

 

NewMeasure = SUMX(VALUES(Table[Customer]), [Lost_Customer])

Lost_Customer = 
    IF(AND([Bought_P1]<> BLANK (),[Bought_P2] = BLANK ()),
        DISTINCTCOUNT(Cust[Cust_Code]),
            BLANK()
    )

Your Measure 

NewMeasure = SUMX(VALUES(Table[Customer]), [Lost_Customer])

 

i need have only one measure i try this but Data not show

Lost_Cust_01 = 
var _Lost_Cust = IF(AND([Bought_P1]<> BLANK (),[Bought_P2] = BLANK ()),
                    DISTINCTCOUNT(Cust[Cust_Code]),
                        BLANK()
                )
Return 
        SUMX(VALUES(Cust[Cust_Code]),_Lost_Cust)
