IError Admin - Get Activity Events REST API

I Encountered an error when trying to get data from Activity Event REST API. My account is Power BI admin. I can extract and download activity log of Power BI users from microsoft portal. 

Here is the error 

and when iam  trying to test the API in the link below

the start and end date input does not appears. 

Please help me to solve this. Thankyou

remove the UTC at the end. Replace with Z or leave it out.
