Forecast1 =

Paying=
CALCULATE([Actual MoM #],
FILTER(DimDate, DimDate[Fiscal Year]="2023" ),
FILTER(TOTAL, COUNT(TOTAL[Paying Type]="Paying")))

Hi,

I am not sure how your data model looks like, but please try to replace "2023" to 2023 (without "").

Thanks, but Now I am using this one, but I don't have values:
Forecast Paying =
VAR
year21=CALCULATE([Actual MoM #],DATEADD (DimDate[Date],-1,YEAR),
FILTER(TOTAL, TOTAL[Paying Type]="Paying" && TOTAL[Product Class]="Medial Indenmnity"))
VAR
year20=CALCULATE([Actual MoM #],DATEADD (DimDate[Date],-2,YEAR),
FILTER(TOTAL, TOTAL[Paying Type]="Paying" && TOTAL[Product Class]="Medial Indenmnity"))

VAR
Factor= 0.5
RETURN
DIVIDE( year21 + year20 ,2,0) * Factor
