I want to create hierarchy in table visual with columns

I have a Table And I want to create visual like this.

you can pivot all the columns into rows by enable the following property.

Click on values setting under which u will option setting. Enable switch values to row.
You will get the above format.

How do i make this bifurcation in visual.
