You can try the following DAX formula:

SummaryTable =

SUMMARIZE(

    'Table',

    'Table'[Name],

    "Laptop", CALCULATE(COUNTROWS('Table'), 'Table'[Equipment] = "Laptop"),

    "Mobile", CALCULATE(COUNTROWS('Table'), 'Table'[Equipment] = "Mobile"),

    "Desktop", CALCULATE(COUNTROWS('Table'), 'Table'[Equipment] = "Desktop")

)
