@Paulyeo11 , to me this setting seems correct. Make sure you import a file with date in dd/mm/yyyy format.
@Paulyeo11 < think you have to change your system setting to UK format.
Means Go to windows date and time and change the date format to UK format and try
According to the post, you need to set that in system settings.
Go to Start, search for Region, and open region
Once it opens, you can set the format as below
