Windows 64, how to install pip, how to download matplotlib?

you would just add it as a library in anaconda in the environment you are using. This isn't a power bi query.
In anaconda you should have the ability to add libraries into your environment, i haven't used anaconda for a long time, but you can either just search for the library in ananconda and add it in a low code way , or via the cmd line do a pip install in the environment, however its been a while, might be best to ask on a anaconda related site.
