I have 2 tables one live and one with Targets I am new to PowerBI

Hi,

I have connected to a folder that pulls off data from an industrial machine with actaul live data then I have a sheet of targets which I have also added to PowerBI. what I am trying to achieve in laymans terms is "actual weight of material minus the target weight multiplied by the cost per KG"

How can I achieve this in a calculated measure or query ?

I would like at least a column showing Block Weight - Target Weight in red or green or highlight if possible to show difference.

Then on the targets I have a cost that i didn't include for privacy issues then would like that to be included in the calculation.

I hope this makes sense.

Thanks

Tony

@Anonymous , As a new measure across common columns

example

Sum(Table[Target Weight]) - Sum(Table2[Actual Weight])

Hi, Thank you very  much for the quick response but

I am still struggling with the outcome, it doesn't look right.

I would expect 74.17 for the top one not 313.88 ?

Any ideas
