I created to drillthrough pages but only one is working

Hello,

 

I have set up 2 drillthrough pages.  Both use the same field as the pass through filter.  I've set both tabs up the same way; however,only the first one works.  When I right click on the grid, and hover over drillthrough, only the first page is available to me. Can there only be one drillthrough page?

The latest version of Power BI Desktop seems to work for me.
