Good afternoon.

Since Monday, I have problems publishing all my reports. They are reports that are really already uploaded, but I have made modifications and I have to update them again.

Once I press the publish button, I select the account:

After accepting my username, it shows me the following window in which no button appears and I can only close with the "X".

I have updated the gateway to the January 2025 version, closed everything, restarted and I get nothing.
A few days ago I upgraded to Premium per user license, but everything was still working properly. From that computer I open the Fabric page via the web, I have a correct connection with other computers and I navigate perfectly.

My version is: Version: 2.138.1452.0 64-bit (November 2024).
Gateway: 3000.254.3(January 2025).
I am also asking IT if they see anything, but we have checked the connections and from my center it leaves correctly through the network.

Any ideas?

Try these steps:

1. Clear Credentials → File > Options > Data Source Settings > Clear stored credentials.
2. Sign Out & Back In → Log out of Power BI, restart, and sign in again.
3. Check License & Workspace → Ensure the workspace supports Premium per User and you have the right permissions.
4. Verify Gateway → Check Power BI Service > Manage Gateways and ensure it’s online.
5. Publish via Web → Try uploading via Power BI Service.
6. Reinstall Power BI → Uninstall, download the latest version, and restart.
7. Check IT/Network → Ensure no firewall or proxy is blocking the connection.
