Your problem seems to be that the fold line breaks where there is no data.

This is related to the design of power bi, which is designed to present data results more visually.

If you want the fold to be a continuous line, consider filtering in the filter.

For example, if the Y-axis field is a "Values", then you need to filter the "Values" so that it is not 0:
