Huge data in Map

I wish I could give you some advise, but unfortunately it's not possible to visualize that many data points, at least not now.

Suggest you map them to a geographical region in your data prep then use the shape maps feature

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/desktop-shape-map

That way you can aggregate the individual points to a smaller number of geographies
