How would I pull data from another table but exclude rows containing certain text?

Essentially, I have a CSV file that always gets generated in the same format but has unncessary rows at the top, bottom, and spread throughout the data. Is it possible to return the rows I want to preserve in another table but exclude rows that contain specific text in a specific column?

You may use Reduce Rows and Text Filters in Query Editor.
