How to user enter a date for separate columns in base a specific date: before, month, future

Hi,  I have a report that contain some colums, we need separate the column Monto Pend in 3 columns: Amount before: amount a specific date: example 23/04/2020 Amount Month: Amount between 24/04/2020...
