How to use to slice and total by options?

See example PBIX

A vet has multiple branches.

Callouts are recorded on FactCallouts with the BranchID, PetID and Hours worked for billing.

The reason for the callout  (eg broken leg, sore eye and rotten tooth) is logged on FactReasons.
Note that a callouts can have multiple reasons.

Therefore:-

DimBranch and DimPet has a 1:Many relationship with FactCallouts.
FactReason has 1:Many relationship with FactCallouts.

The 1:M filtering direction is preventing the desired totals. (see the relation digram in the PBIX)

How can I make the branch, breed and reason select the correct number of callouts in the green visual please?
