How to use measure of conditional formatting in Data Bars option?

I have a measure which assign conditional colors to Background Color,

I want the same for the Data Bars, same conditional colors in bars.

Any suggestion...!!!

As far as my knowledge goes, conditionally formatting data bars is still not possible. 

Only if you change the visual to a column/bar chart, you can use the same steps of assigning a measure to conditionally format the column/bars.
