How to use divide function

I would like to create a Claim Rate, should do the following calcuation. how to do it? Now it only show  after shipment but the answer display in the Total rater than in the after shipment row.. still not correct

Before Ship Rate=419960/518247720
After Ship Rate=341929/518247720

Please try this:

Claim Rate After Shipment = 
VAR _total = CALCULATE([Confirmed Value USD],ALL('Table'[Timing]))
VAR _result = DIVIDE([N/O Request Penalty Value],_total)
RETURN
_result

Claim Rate After Shipment = 
VAR _total = CALCULATE([Confirmed Value USD],ALL('Table'[Timing]))
VAR _result = DIVIDE([N/O Request Penalty Value],_total)
RETURN
_result
