How to use data published on SharePoint in Power BI

 

Hello,

 

I'm trying to import and use an Excel file shared on SharePoint in Power BI Desktop.

When I connect using the SharePoint Folder connector,

I encounter the following error.

 

site url: https://<organization>.sharepoint.com/sites/<sitename>

 

 

What should I check to resolve this issue?

    Did you want to combine multiple files or a single file?

    If a single file you can go to the file in the browser and copy the path

    Then use the web connector 

    It will then ask you which connection type you want, choose Orginisational, it will create a new pop up window for you to sign in
