How to use 1 slicer to filter 2 line charts from different data sources

Hello, Im new to power Bi and currently im working with 2 data sets; one contains the daily positive cases and the other the negative cases for covid. They both are in 2 separated tables (i imported them from 2 dif csv files)

I have 2 line charts connected to their respective fields (positive and negative) I want to use a single "Country" slicer to filter the 2 line charts, but when I select the country field in the slicer to work with both datasets i get the following error... is there any suggestions on how to solve this?

thanks in advance!

@Anonymous , Create a common country, date tables and use these data across common dimensions

Bridge Table:

Country Dim

distinct(union(distinct(Table1[Country]),distinct(Table2[Country ])))
