HI, I imported a table using the Power BI datasets from one of my workspaces and since I'm trying to do a left join between that specific DirectQuery and another Import table, I thought it would be best to just convert my DirectQuery to Import.
I navigated to the Model View > Properties > Advanced and I saw the Storage mode dropdown but I couldn't make any changes.
Any ideas on how I could make the dropdown work or other ways to change a DirectQuery from PowerBI datasets to Import?
Thank you!
Hi @kdc02 ,
If you have premium or embedded capacity, you can use XMLA to import data via Analysis Services connector . Other than that, only direct query and live connection are supported.
