How to split all columns by number of rows?

Hello

I have a set of data (small sample in a table below) which is updated often from Excel and i want to plot it all on a graph but the problem is that the X-axis data (Student name) is too many and it just shows in too small font and not in full text. How to fix this? What are the possible solutions to displaying the entire range of student names on the X-axis in the report on a screen without manual user interaction? Maybe an automatic horizontal or vertical scroller?

My idea is to automatically split all of these columns into a limited number of rows according to a preset value for the number of rows. For example, if i have 200 student names, then i could split the number for rows for every 20 students. Or if i have 1000 rows, then just do a cut every 100 rows? Then, i could plot these into multiple graphs. Is it possible to do this automatically?
