How to split a column and sort outcome by column?

Hello - I understand the question is vague but I'm not entirely sure how to ask it in detail. Thank you in advance for any assistance. I am trying to split a column that lists regions, separated by a semicolon. My list looks something like:

Person 1	United States of America; Asia; EMEA; Canada
Person 2	Asia; Canada
Person 3	Europe
Person 4	United States of America; Europe; Asia
Person 5	Europe; Canada
Person 6	Europe; APAC

And the desired outcome would be as such (bold for column headers) - an alternate would be for the data to say "true" for each relevant column:

	United States of America	Asia	Europe	EMEA	Canada	APAC
Person 1	United States of America	Asia		EMEA	Canada
Person 2		Asia			Canada
Person 3			Europe
Person 4	United States of America	Asia	Europe
Person 5			Europe		Canada
Person 6			Europe			APAC
