How to show username of an user in dashboard

Hi, I have tried USERNAME () which is returning domain\userID in Desktop and in web it is returning emailID. I want to see Firstname and Lastname of user as in AD. is there any way that I can show Lastname,Firstname in dashboard.

If you want to import data from AD, you could refer to this blog to load user table into Desktop.

Hi,
create a disconnected table which holds the Fullname (Firstname & Lastname) and the USERPRICIPALNAME. Use a measure like this:
User = CALCULATE(VALUES(DisconnectedTable[Name]), DisconnectedTable[Userprincipalname] = USERPRINCIPALNAME())
Use this measure in a card visual.
