How to show two events that have different reference dates on only one calendar view?

Hi all,

I am trying to display two set of events, with different reference dates, on only one calendar view, using the visual by MAQ Software.

THe events are in different tables, and they are connected by an ID.

Is it possible ?

You can merge the two tables into one, adding an extra column that specifies which original table each event came from. Merge and specify the ID to join them on. This will add a new column that specifies which table each row originally belonged to.

Then you need to create the relations between the tables.

And then you measure can be like :

EventFlag =
IF(
    ISBLANK(Table1[EventDate]),
    IF(ISBLANK(Table2[EventDate]), "No Event", "Event in Table2"),
    "Event in Table1"
)
