How to show locations (permanent drop pins)?

Hi-  Not sure if this is feasible.

 

I have long and lat data for about 130 of our locations.  I'd like to place these locations on an existing Esri Map with client demographic data.   The demographic data is already set up on an Esri Map.

 

Trying to understand how to drop our 130 locations onto that existing map.   Hoping someone can help me!

I found a article about pin a location, please refer.

Or you can try to create a table containing this 130 regions with individual latitude and longitude information and place the latitude and longitude information in the latitude and longitude box separately.
