How to show date hierarchy which consists of Year, Quarter, Month and Day

When i create a new Hierarchy, this is what i get. However, i want to show something like this, that shows the Year, Quarter, Month and Day. (Refer to second picture). Kindly advise. Thanks.

@Anonymous , One of the ways is to enable auto time intelligence

Another way is create new columns and own hierarchy
