How to show % change between columns in matrix when I don't have a date field

Data is very simple: a Day of Registration (1, 2, 3, etc), which does not fall on the same date every year; a Term (2022/02, 2021/02, 2020/02 for example), and a # of credit hours for that day and term.  We need to make a crosstab showing Day of Registration as a Row, Term as a Column, and credit hours as the value.  But, we also need to show the % of change between the max year and each individual year.  In this sample max year is 2022/02.  So columns would be 2022/02 credit hours, then 2021/02 credit hours, then % change between credit hours of those two terms, then 2021/02 credit hours, then % change between 2022/02 and 2020/02.  Currently this report is prepared manually,  and end user wants to put it in Power BI.  But I can't figure out how to lay this out.  Any help is appreciated.  (Max year is selected from a slicer by user.)
