but what i want is show last week data from selected week

You still didn't share the measures. I also don't understand the logic behind: in CW 142 you are showing a 4.69 Plan Saving but in the last screenshot, for the same CW 142 you are showing 6.93; this seems to be CW 142 + CW 143 (which is the actual week). Are you doing a cummulative measure? And why is there another Group (Part Production) on the retrospective CW 142 (on CW 143 screenshot) while this group is absent on the CW 142 screenshot?

I assume you're using a table visual, right? What are the measures behind the values in the table? Also, I assume that if you chose Week 1 of a given month, then you want to see the last week of the previous month.
