    Table[ID],
    "Price", IF(CALCULATE(COUNTA(Table[product]))>0,FORMAT(DIVIDE(CALCULATE(COUNTA(Table[product]),Table[product]="lemon"),CALCULATE(COUNTA(Table[product]))),"0.00%"),"-")

Hi,

Could you please try something like below whether it suits your requirement?

Summary Table =
SUMMARIZE (
    Table,
    Table[ID],
    "Price",
        SWITCH (
            TRUE (),
            CALCULATE ( COUNTA ( Table[product] ) ) > 0,
                FORMAT (
                    DIVIDE (
                        CALCULATE ( COUNTA ( Table[product] ), Table[product] = "lemon" ),
                        CALCULATE ( COUNTA ( Table[product] ) )
                    ),
                    "0.00%"
                ),
            CALCULATE ( COUNTA ( Table[product] ) )
                == 0
                    || CALCULATE ( COUNTA ( Table[product] ), Table[product] = "lemon" ) == 0, "0.00%",
            "-"
        )
)
