Hello,
I have designed a main dashboard which has a live report with three text boxes with links to three other dahboards which acts like menu. The main dashboard is like a consolidated view while the thee text boxes link to three other dashboards which gives a details view.
Now when I share the main dashaboard and three other dahboard to the users they recieve four dashboards. I'd like to share just the main dashboard so that it appers as a single dashboard with links to the other dashboard. The problem with having the users see four dashboards show up in their UI is that it makes the link on the Main dashboard reductant as users now can directly go to one of the three detailed dashboards.
To summarize, I want to share all four dashboards but want just one to show up on ther screen.
Is there any way to achieve this.
Hi @thebenman,
If only sharing your main dashboard to your users, users cannot see the child dashboards when clicking the link when the error:
"Sorry, you do not have permission to view this dashboard. If you would like to access this dashboard, please submit a request."
If you would like to share all four dashboards but want just one to show up on ther screen, there is a workaround is that you can publish your child dashboard's report to web, and then use the URL in your main report.
