How to share 4000 different Links based on the filter

Hi All,

Please help me on this scenario................

I have some chalenges in Power BI:

I am working in one project the requirement for that is:

I need to build dashboard for the particular host as we are having 4000 like that host.

While sharing the dashboard i should share the particular link.

How can i share indivisual link dynamically for each host.......

The first idea come to my mind is using Row Level Security, but 4000 seems too many to create/configure individual roles. One reasonable approach would be using filter in an embedded report, in a programing way to share data of different hosts to individual people, see this demo.
