Hi @Anonymous
I found that if you set up a specific filter selection and publish your report like that, then the default for the published report will be exactly that selection. I have not tested it specifically with slicer tiles, but try selecting 13W in PowerBI Desktop and publishing the report like that. Hopefully it works!

Hi @Anonymous ,
Thanks for dk_dk's reply!
And @Anonymous , there is no way to set a default selection value for slicer in Power BI, that one can only be done in a paginated report. But I can give you a workaround.
You need to have such a table in your datasheet:
And the Index value corresponding to 13 W must be 1 or the maximum Index value, and the Index value corresponding to other values is random.
Then sort column slicer by column Index:
Then create the slicer (or slicer(new)) and reorder the slicer, making sure that 13 W is the first position in the slicer from left to right
If you are using slicer, turn off multi-select and turn on Single select in slicer settings, then slicer will default to selecting the option located on the leftmost side of the slicer:
If you are using slicer (new), please turn on both Single select and Force selection in Slicer settings, again slicer will default to the option located on the leftmost side of slicer:
After publishing to Power BI Service, the default display is to select 13 W:
If you have changed the options in the slicer, simply click this button to revert back to the default of 13 W:
But this method can only be applied to the slicer is the case of single-select, if you need to multi-select that there is really no way to realize.
