I have a table visual in my report. I can select mutliple item by press "shift" button and click on each row. But how can I select all rows in this table visual?
Hi Azure_newbie,Have you found a solution for your problem?? I have the same problem, I want to select all the rows or certain range of rows instead of clicking them one by one.
If user don't select any row, then Power BI will return all the rows. So the solution is to filter the rows with Power BI's filters instead of letting user clicking themselves.
Hi, could you solved your problem?? I have the same problem, I wantto select all the rows instead of clicking them one by one.
Hi @Azure_newbie. If you are looking to export the data by selecting all rows then you can click on the three dots in your table visual and export your data into a csv file. Let me know if it works for you.
Thanks,
Abhinav
Hi Abhinav,
Thanks for your reply. I have a Power App visual in the same canvas that will perform some process with the "selected rows". It works as expected. But sometimes the table visual have many rows that a "Select all" button will be useful in this case.
