How to restrict the access to a dashboard independently of the workspace it is located

Hello,

I have a produce a new dashboard with sensitive information in it.  I have two groups of persons.  Let's say group A and Group B

At the begining, the dashboard will be published in the workspace DEV.  Then in Test and thereafter in another workspace.

Most of the time, we restrict the access via the workspace but as this dashboard will switch of workspace few times, I don't want to start over again.

So I wonder how can we restrict the access to the dashboard two the group A and group B which could contains the email address of the members of each group.

Maybe you can try to enable RLS roles based on user grouping(add username and user group info to 'user' table, then you can use username function to find out corresponding user group). After these steps, you can assign the role to user groups to achieve dynamic RLS filters based on their username and user group.

Hello,

I have made a user table with contains email address, group (additional info), userAcccess (Yes or No) of the employees we would like to grant access.

I have made a link between between List of Employee and NC Projects and UserAccess.

But When I test the manage role, it give me only the information of one authorized user .  For example, if I view as roles, and put my email address, I see only my record while I would like to see all the table List of Employee and NC Projects in the visualization pane.

Do you know how to solve this issue?
