@SravaniG  - Try out this measure:

SALES MEASURE = CALCULATE(SUM(TableA[Sales]),ALL(TableA))

Hi, @SravaniG

Based on your description, I created data to reproduce your scneario. The pbix file is attached in the end.

Sales Measure:

Sales Measure =
IF(
    MAX('Table'[Store])="s1",
    2
)

You may create a new like below.

New Sales Measure =
SUMX(
    ADDCOLUMNS(
        ALL('Table'),
        "Result",
        IF(
            [Store]="S1",
            2
        )
    ),
    [Result]
)

Result:

Best Regards

Allan

@SravaniG , This seems like both for store and week

try measure like

calculate([sales], all(Table) )

or

calculate([sales], all(Table[week]), all(Table[Store] ))
