How to remove two horizontal lines above charts and objects
When I select any object (chart, text box, shape, etc.) Two little horizontal lines appear to enable me to move/resize the object. I would to know a way to remove this feature as it adds some sort of padding to the top of the object so I cannot make it hug the top of my report.

In my side, there isn't any horizontal line in chart, it seems not the same with yours.
Please reinstall the latest version from the below link:
