How to remove this extra header when hover?

I have a report that I recently created and the header for visual becomes different. 
For example the drilldown becomes different in matrix and the card visual has this excess space when I hover.
How can I turn this one off? tried to search for it but no luck .

For everyones benefit. The one I had is the old experience. The use the modern experience i just need to turn this feature back on. ( Initially i had the option un-check )
