How to remove the "Total" line in tooltips?

The total line is just confusing everything in this tooltip.

The bar chart shows average number of days to ship an order. In this case 50 days

Then the tooltip has some other information including the number lowest & highest number of days, and number of orders. 

Then it finishes with "Total": 50 ... how can I remove this part?

I know this final Total is in reference to the average shipping days, but there's no need to show this Total line as it's already in the first line, and it's just confusing. 

How can I remove it?

you cannot suppress it in the standard tooltip, but you can always create custom tooltip pages where you can choose which fields to show and how.
