How to refresh PowerBI in Windows Kiosk Mode

I'm attempting to display a PowerBI report on an internal office screen using Windows Kiosk Mode. The Kiosk mode requires a regular refresh as the PowerBI report is set to refresh throughout the day.The solutiuon I have is:ome

A vanilla build windows 11 desktop with access to the internet and the PowrerBI web link. This works fine.

The problem is that Edge doesn't refresh and so I installed an Edge extension to force a refresh every 10 mins. I installed the extension to Edge from the local windows admin account and the extension doesn't appear to install within the Kiosk account profile

Is there a way to install an Edge extension within the Kiosk profile or.

Is there a better way to provide the desired outcome?
