Hello everyone,
We are using Power Automate flows to send out Paginated Reports exported to PDF and XLSX by e-mail. Currently, there is a limit on the exporting API set at 5 minutes per export, which makes some of the flows run for days (400 exports in one flow for example).
We are currently using a PPU licensing structure in Power BI and are moving to a Fabric F4 capacity in May. I can't find much info regarding reducing the 5 minute limit, does anyone know what we would need to do to reduce it?

Hi @JGroothedde
The limitation is be set in Power Automate, it has the limit for the request, you can refer to the following link.
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/limits-and-config#timeout
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/limits-and-config#power-platform-request-limits
And if you want to reduce the limit, it is better that put the 400 exports to multiple flows instead of a single flow.
Best Regards!
