How to reduce a number of rows extracted from Google Analytics?

Greetings everyone,

I am working on an organic dashboard for one company. To specify, the company wants to track data from a European country focusing on organic traffic solely.

My problem is rather simple, I would like to filter the data BEFORE uploading it to Power BI. The fitlers should give me data for the specific country and organic traffic.

The main problem is data extraction sampling. The report creates a small table of 200 rows, whenever I want to extract data with over 150k rows (e.g. Cities and Calendar days combined). I am aware of the data limitations of Power BI, that's why I am looking for a solution.  Furthermore, there are several minor reasons why I want to reduce the rows  (e.g. Speed up the report, smoother data extraction).

Looking forward to reading your comments, cheers!
