You cannot create single direction relationship with 1:1. And you should able to add another table to the model like following:If you mean you want also add a active relationship between table2 and table3, it is not support because it would be ambiguous relationship, please refer to How to manage ambiguous relationship in Power BI – Cloud BI

Super Useradmin_xlsior , You can make it 1-M single direction. So the table which at end of the tree make it 1.
