How to pull user's mail data, if the users count is more than 80.

Hi,

I am working on one report where i need to calculate count of emails received and sent from my user's mailbox but we have more than 80 users in our organisation.

So, is there any documentaion available which explain how can I pull user's exchange data from Office 365 admin account into Power BI.

Regards,

Vivek C

Hi @Anonymous , @v-easonf-msft , @Greg_Deckler  and Everyone,

Thanks for the response,

I have read all the responses but my question was different, let me elaborate it,

I am office 365 Admin and I want to create a report which gives me the count of mails received and send by each employee of my organisation.

For example, We have created total 100+ email id's ( 80+ user email id's and 20+ group email id's), so I want the number of mail received and send by each emplyee.

I was trying by providing office 365 admin credentials to the Microsoft Exchange Online connector, but it is giving the data of admin account only.

How can I pull the email data of employees?

Please let me know if you need more clarity on this.

Thanks

Vivek C

@Anonymous - I am not aware of any way to do that. The Exchange connector is designed to analyze the contents of only a single mailbox. I am not aware of anything to analyze all mailboxes. I am wondering if maybe you could do something with the Legal Hold stuff to export out all of the content, not sure.

@Anonymous - Sorry, is there a limit of 80 on the Exchange connector?
