How to overlay markers for addresses of interest in color saturation map

I have created a color saturation map that shows volume by state (state in the location field and volume in the color field). In the same map, I would like to overlay markers/pins of some kind to show addresses of interest (addresses are stored in another dataset in the report). Is this sort of thing possible in any of the Power BI map visualizations? I am familiar with the pins option in ArcGIS, but I am hoping not to manually enter each addresses of interest but rather add the address variable to the visualization.

@asomers21 power bi maps don't have options to show various layers, you have to stick with ArcGIS

Hi @asomers21,

You'd better plot ArcGIS with ESRI,below is the reference.

@Anonymous - I've been using ArcGIS but don't see how to accomplish both the markers and the color saturation in the same map. I've look at the link you shared and don't see anything there that would help me accomplish what I'm looking to do. Can you please provide additional insight into how you would accomplish this? Thanks so much!
